Authorized Security Work
You represent that you own, manage, or have appropriate authorization for any systems, networks, cloud accounts, endpoints, applications, or infrastructure included in an engagement. We do not provide unauthorized access, credential theft, malware deployment, unlawful surveillance, or services intended to bypass security controls without proper authorization.
Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Payment does not automatically expand the advertised scope of a service. If a requested engagement is materially different from the purchased service, we may propose a revised scope, additional fee, or refund before work begins.
Scheduling and Client Cooperation
Some services require scheduling, access, documentation, or participation from the client. You agree to provide accurate information and timely cooperation. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, third-party vendors, or client-side restrictions may affect delivery timelines.
Cybersecurity Limitations
Cybersecurity reduces risk but cannot eliminate all risk. No assessment, review, configuration, or advisory service can guarantee that a system will be free from vulnerabilities, attacks, data loss, outages, or unauthorized access. Recommendations are based on the information available and the agreed scope at the time of the engagement.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, tools, templates, know-how, processes, and materials. Subject to full payment, clients may use client-specific reports and deliverables internally for their business purposes unless another written agreement states otherwise.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to facilitate unlawful conduct, attack systems without authorization, distribute malware, steal credentials, commit fraud, abuse payment systems, or infringe third-party rights.
Third-Party Services
